if this is on the drugs that we paid to much on and i believe i have the right sight ,they meaning rust consulting is very evasive on pay out time and how it is figured. anyone out there know whats going on for sure?

This is in regards to the drug settlement on overcharges. How does one know their claim was even accepted?

When will payouts be made on this AWP Track 2 Settlement? How or when we find out? Will we be notified? How long does it take to close a case such as this?

to whom it may concern, i talked to the person over the handling of the awptrack2 settlement at rust consulting she said middle of june for payouts but i have been told a time frame before and it never happened, also did you know that they are planning to give most of the people just 50.00 dollars per claim, their words not mine. these people get the gravy and guess what we get.

Like most other clients - I am frustrated as they keep putting off the settlement date. They say they are figuring costs. I read one comment they are only paying $50.00 to each client. Thats about what I figured...perhaps even $30.00 or less. There is not going to be no big settlement here.

I'm beginning to think, we will not receive any money the way they keep putting us off. Is there anyway we can get something in writing concerning this matter? The website never really tells you anything other than what we already know how they are going to figure the amounts. They've already dispensed money to people that helped out on this program and the attorneys fees will most likely take the rest of the settlement. Of course, the clients will suffer as always. Any help will be appreciated.

Payoffs they said were in the Spring then changed to the Fall and now in the Summer ? That's what the telephone people who anwer the phones say ? Are they just stooges for the big boss and told to just lie to us while someone is drawing millions on interest in the banks ? What a con game !

i talked again to this grezelle person ,and by the way this is the third person they put in charge of this, anyway she said the checks were to be mailed out july 23 rd we,ll see i would not give these people a good bussiness rating they are as evasive as they can be down right sneaky. the best thing .we can do to put a kink in their bussiness of cheating people is to not go for their little lawsuits then the judges who ok these things would not ok them there wouldn,t be enough people in the lawsuit to make it worth while.

talked to the man named Dan yesterday july 23rd said the checks would be mailed yesterday at end of bussiness day. hope for all involved in this that it,s true,that awptrack2 is finally finished and everyone gets a fair deal, thanks

I hope someone can get their amount and let the rest of us know how much it was, because it seems as though no one knows what they are getting. I know there is the amount that we are supposed to get, but then there may not be enough to give everyone their proper amoung
