My experience with this company has been very, very disappointing because they have not sent me my money when they said that they will. This is causing me serious problems with my vendors and making payroll. Also, all of the payments (the small ones) they have sent me have been many weeks late. I'm trying now to get my money for the largest bulk of what is owned me...and they are weeks late and non-responsive. When they do respond it is not helpful and geared to buy them additional time. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. COMPARE AGAINST OTHER COMPANIES.

It took me a while to decide to write this review because I couldn't fathom a company intentionally being this negligent and I'd hoped there was some sort of excuse or explanation for the behavior. As it turns out I was wrong, there is no reasonable excuse for Acteva's approach to business. The company does not adhere to its posted payment schedule payments and when I contacted them about the issue they did not take responsibility for their neglect. In fact, I was verbally attacked and told that the delivery of my payment had been compromised. This is strange given that this happened on 7 different occasions and I had no issues with any of my other mail over the same time period.

Overall I absolutely would NOT recommend this vendor, they are unreliable and often unreachable. They have compromised the integrity of our organization on several occasions without remorse. Save yourself the headache and go with another company!

Either this company needs additional accounting office support or they play a good game of hide and seek with money owed to its customers. So, far we had have to contact them for three payments from our conference registration. Claudio Vega stated that he would "escalate our inquiry for action in 5-7 days." Yes, we received two payments within about two weeks but then I had to inquire again about our third payment. Apparently they have a good BBB rating as any disputes are resolved. Don't use them!

As others have noted on this site, Acteva holds your money and stalls when pushed to distribute it. in my organization's case it's well over $300,000. They do not return phone calls, do not reply to emails, and use the flimsiest excuses when they do respond.

This company apparently does business this way. What they're probably doing is holding the money as long as possible and pocketing the interest themselves. We are near to preparing a lawsuit against them.

Use Acteva at your own risk. They are a disgrace. A total diagrace.
