pizzaiolo : POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ZERO COMMUNICATION!
I ordered six nutrient patches on March 19, 2011 and as of today, April 5 I have yet to receive them. I had absolutely no communication from this company other than the invoice when they charged my card on March 19, so emailed them on March 29. Their reply was that they are on back order. No apology, just a cold response. A responsible company wouldn't make their customers contact them to find this out, reputable companies advise their customers of order status, especially after ten days! In fact, I replied that they should inform their customers instead of making customers ask them and they never even bothered to reply.
There are several other/better products available that are less costly. This will have been my last purchase from them.
