I placed an order for a jet from them. And noticed that I had been charged shipping when it was supposed to be free. No problem, I called them within minutes of placing the order and they said they would fix it. They didn’t, so I call again, still didn’t get fix. After the third discussion they got the problem fixed. The Jet eventually turned up about three weeks late with not damage to the box. But because of what I would assume to be sloppy packing the fuselage was slightly crushed. I then had to contact them about five times regarding this before they would do anything. They had me send a bunch of photo and then a bunch more. In the end they agreed to send a new fuselage and I agree to swap the electronics over. Well the new fuselage turned up today. Imagine my disappointment when it was the wrong one. So I got back on the phone and sat there for another 30 minutes before speaking to a person who could only tell me that they would get back to me. Get back to me! Why? They know they sent me the wrong part can’t they just fix it? Three months on from ordering this jet and it’s still grounded. How could I probably recommend banana hobbies.
