After Taking over 1200+ wedding photos, then coming home and seeing that dreaded "Format Now" Error message, it was time to panic. Researching this on the internet led me to eprovided. This company was able to Recover all of the Photos with their basic recovery service, all under a $100. I would recommend eprovided to anyone that has data recovery needs as they are professional, honest, cheap and fast. Thanks eprovided !!!

Great service! I lost a bunch of data on my USB drive, sent it to eProvided, and they were able to talk me through the options, steps, and processes clearly and simply, especially considering I'm not so tech savvy. As others have noted, they're also really quick about their service. The prices are affordable, compared to what other companies charge, and their policy of no recovery, no charge takes a lot of pressure off.

I mailed a usb drive to eprovided.com. The process was straightforward: pay $20 to have the drive looked at plus shipping charges, typical recovery $49 or so in addition to the $20. Company rec'd drive and called me, it was highly unlikely that they could recover the data, it would require "a microscope and advanced service" to potentially recover it, which would cost $295. - the stem of the drive was broken but the data chip was pristine. When I said no, forget it, they "talked to the manager" and just for me, aren't I special, came back with a quote of $195 - only if the data was successfully recovered - provided I would leave a good review. Well what a surprise, the data was recoverable after all. So ... I am forced to leave a good review with trustpilot.com in order to get my drive back, BEFORE I receive the drive and see what they've actually recovered, and it's cost me over $200. This may well be a reasonable cost for drive recovery, I don't know, but I feel that this company is lowballing and basically holding my property for ransom, and I have no idea if they've actually recovered my data or not. Outcome may turn out to be excellent, but the process seems unethical and suspicious to me, I feel like I've just gone ten rounds with a car salesman.

I do not receive all my data and what I did receive, half of it I could not open. They first quoted me $500 plus and dropped it $195 if I wrote a favorable review before receiving my recovered data. I just wanted to let you know that using this company, I was able to recover, very easily, about 580 images off of a SD card. I had tried everything to locate the images. eProvided found them, using hard work, and was able to easily recover them. Your company found them, recovered them and saved them in two easy steps. All I can say is they found all my images & work so fast, nothing like it, amazing! I mean the SD card was in pieces, this was no normal task, they got all of the data back in 24 hours and delivered it to me online.
