Ordered hid bi xenon kit , on June 11th. Few days later received a call saying the bulb was out of stock and should b in on the 15th. Called company and was told they would be shipped out that Wednesday. Waited for confirmation on web site,saw none. Called again and was told they were waiting for the ballasts to come in and they would test them as they do with all that a arrive and would be shipped out with upgraded shipping. Waited few more days and still nothing. Called on a Saturday and was told item was shipped,checked track number and stated it was shipped on the 20th of June. After three days saw no activity on tracking,called FedEx they had no recored of pick up,called Hid Country again and was told that they would have to check and would call me back. No callback ,check web site and found order would arrive on the 28th of June. Do not know quality of product yet,for the price of product and free shipping spend a little more and order from another company.it should not take 17 days to travel from Florida to New York,customer service is EXTREMELY POOR....... Hopefully product works and lasts long enough where I won't have to deal with this company again..... WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN..... Pay extra for better service....
I bought a set of HID headlights for my car and both ballasts stopped working within 10min of using them. I phoned HID Country for a warranty replacement. They did send me 2 new ballasts 2 months later only after many email and phone calls. I installed the new ballasts and they worked fine for a week and one stoped working. I called them again and sent them a couple pics of the install...there was not issue with the install according to them......they would not replace the ballast.....or give me a refund.......Cheap $$$$ means cheap quality....not recommended...shit service....shit products....shit company.......

As a customer of HID Country located in Sarasota I have to say that it is the worst business I have ever seen with the worst customer service there could ever be, I can’t explain how they are still in business. After placing my order online I receive a call that they were out of stock and then they offered to send me different bulbs to which I agreed. When I received the order one bulb was an H11 and the other a 9006. I contacted them and they send me another pair of 9006 which were not the type I had originally other but a cheaper version to which I contacted them again and had them send me the correct ones. I paid for the shipping of the returned items, and after informing a representative called Dave that I had my customer come out for the install 3 different times and that I could not possibly charge them for installation or product due to this he agreed to refund the merchandise cost plus my shipping expenses on 11/2011. After 3 months of following up with them in regards to the refund on 02/03/2012 a representative Andrew informed me that he didn’t care what had happened and that he was not refunding my costs, he continued to interrupt me and said he had other more important calls to take care of and that no matter what had happened or what it was he wouldn’t refund anything nor was willing to hear me out and simply disconnected the call. I asked for a supervisor and he stated that he was the supervisor and that he wouldn’t have to let me speak to anyone else.
They will take you money, not send the product, then hang up on you. My company did a WHOLE SALE BUY IN. All we received was Chinese junk. I've been waiting for my last order for over a month as I've been aurguing with them, Andrew "manager " told me he me he would not send my products or refund the rest of my buy in money.THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered several days ago online, received and email confirmation with an order number, but then no shipping tracking info was ever sent.
When I called to check on shipping tracking info, I was put on hold and then hung up on.
Then a person ID'ing himself as the GM came on line with some crock story about the flashlight being in stock but the battery was bad, so he had 'just ordered more' ---
As there are probably Chinese made, he couldn't tell me when they might be in stock.
I asked him to cancel my order then, and he say that even though he was the GM, he could not cancel an order, I'd have to go through 'customer service for that' -- That process is by email and they might get back to you in 24 hours they say.
The 'GM" wanted to argue every point and even dispute/state that "all companies" have bad online reviews. I informed him that the better ones had some good reviews - just that HID Country does not have any good ones.
I do believe these folks are crooks, and would warn you to think about if you need more aggravation in your life, then try to deal with these folks. Their web site is fairly well done, they just don't back it up with service or the product availability they advertise.
