I already ordered three times furniture from Infurn.com
I am am pleased with the high quality of the products.
The webpage offers a selection of designer furniture; chairs, sofas, tables and Lamps.
The prices are well under the the prices of the original designs and the Quality is outstanding.
The only thing that might be problematic to some people is that the delivery takes some time. But that is also stated on the webpage.
Last week i did receive my third delivery, containing a LC6 dining table and six ant chairs.
I really liked that they did give me the option to put a thicker glass on it, so there is less risk for it to break.
I like to shop on Infurn.com it's fast, easy and uncomplicated.
This was my first review and i hope it has helpful.
they take your money , never deliver the goods and don't give you your money back. I ordered a table in Jan, they postponed the Delivery twice so I Canceled my order after 6 month waiting! They said they were gong to keep my money for an other 4 month with no reason!
Leif : Collecting information from infurn customers for class action lawsuit for fraud
I am experiencing similar problems like a lot of customers. Delivery was supposed to be 3 months, then 4 months now 6 months. Reasons given are the same pre-worded template emails that I have seen others post in user forums. In numerous phone calls and emails to the company I have tried to give them options to cure their breach of contract (ie deliver my chairs or return the prepayment I made). Every time they have refused to do either and just keep postponing delivery.
I do believe that fraudulent behaviour can be obeserved.
I do not have proof for this, but from reading other user forums, I can't help it but to believe that infurn DOES know that the delivery times cannot be upheld when collecting the prepayments. Making false statements when entering into an agreement can be interpreted as fraud.
In order to evaluate if there is sufficient proof for fraudulent behaviour I am asking all customers of infurn that have made similar experiences to provide me with their order history. Should sufficient proof be found, I will initiate class action law suit against the company.

Quite simply the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
I say "deal with" in the loosest sense. My involvement with them is basically limited to me handing over my money and waiting. And waiting. And waiting.
When I finally got tired of waiting, I tried to contact Infurn for a refund and recieved an automated email response assuring me they would be in touch shortly. I waited some more. No response. Emailed again, same automated reply, same wait, same lack of response. Third email much stronger worded, including threats of legal action has also been ignored. They have nos removed thire phone number from the website and from thier emails. If you do happen to track a number down a machine answers, tells you to email, and then hangs up. These is simply no way to speak to a human being.
Infurn are nothing more than con men in my oppinion, and the sooner they go out of business the better. I have yet to find a single good review on any website. The net is awash with literally hundreds of similar stories of missed delivery, no communication and ignored refund requests.

They do not return emails and when they finally do, they lie about when you will get your merchandise. This company cannot stay in business with their track record of unhappy customers (seach Infurn reviews). By placing an order with Infurn, you are taking a risk that you will not get your money back. I feel pretty confident saying you will not receive your merchandise either. Find a different company with a good reputation. This company most likely will not be around in another year.

our 4 big boys delivery is more than 6 weeks late and i still haven't received any message from them to inform us.

I ordered a coffee table in November 2011 and while I was aware of the long delivery wait outlined on customer reviews I am yet to receive my order which was expected in February.
Since then I have had a number of emails promising delivery on various dates, the most recent being today (May 2012) however I have just spoken to one of their agents who informs me delivery has been pushed back to July. How can this be when I was told on May 15 that the order had already been dispatched and was on its way?
Although previously offered a full refund I've also been told that I in fact have to wait 34 weeks to be entitled to this. Not holding my breath.
Like many other reviews on this site, Infurn have been the most difficult company to deal with I have ever had the misfortune to try to do business with! Oredered a Big Boy bean bag on 08. 11. 11. which was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. Many emails, attempted phone calls (always line busy) and frustration later, still no delivery. The website kept giving me revised dates, but then said the item had been delivered - and it certainly hasn't. The courier company (BCC) is Spanish and there are no email contacts on the info they give, so very difficult to chase up.
DON'T fall for the offers on Group-On, etc.
I ordered my chair almost a year ago (AU-107697). Still nothing has been delivered. According to their own terms and conditions I am entitled to a refund. But they still have not refunded my money. Backlogs blablabla. Very difficult to reach by phone. No office address available.
It is probably a sort of Pozzi scheme (think of Madoff). I advise you not to buy anything from this "company". I repeat: DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS "COMPANY"
i unfortunatly have the same experience in france, i think i can say googbye to my monney, but one think is certain i have started to found the name of all infurn directors so i can make a complaint to the police against them
I found a lamp on their site via an internet search. The spec looked fine and the price was good. So far so good. Next to the product description is stated "free delivery" and money back guarantee. I added to my cart and checked out. After waiting a couple of days for a confirmation email and expected delivery date, I went onto my online account and was staggered to see the delivery was due April 2013!!!! As there is no contact telephone number, I sent them an email asking for a refund. 36hrs later I got a reply and was called up. I was told that because I was within a week of the order, I could cancel but that I'd only get an 80% refund (as is apparently clearly stated in their tiny terms and conditions at the bottom of the page. I've cancelled the order and await a refund. In the meantime I am spreading the word to avoid this website at all costs and I'll be writing a letter of complaint to the Office of Fair Trading. In this day-and-age, it is incredible that a company can get away with this hopeless customer service ethos - as their delivery schedule is significantly different to peers, they should be clearly stating this next to each product description and then at checkout and even then in an email to confirm the order, with the option for a full refund if the customer isn't satisfied. Unbelievable.

These people are so unprofessional!!!! I ordered 2 Egg chairs from this company on November 28th 2011. I am still waiting for the chairs (December 5th, 2012...OVER A YEAR LATER!!!!!! )and they do not have an answer as to why there is a delay. First, they lost the check I sent in and I had to cancel the check. Then they asked me to wire transfer the money cause it would be easier to track. After wiring the money, they did not apply it to my account and have no answers as to why the money wasn't applied to my order. It's been over a year and now they say I again have a balance of $1200 which was clearly paid in full. Nobody on the customer service end has any clue as to whats going on. I would never ever use their services and if you value your time and energy, don't waste it on Infurn.
I made an order on the Spanish version of the Infurn site 4 days ago, it’s such a shame that I hadn’t read the reviews from people before paying the money. It took me by surprise that as soon I finished my order the arrival date for the goods was as far as April 2013!!!, when it said on the website that it usually takes about 8-10 weeks, that’s when I started to worry. And things got even worse when I read what everyone says about their customer service. Let’s put it straight: INFURN STEALS.
I have sent several e-mails as I wanted to cancel my order straight-away, but they just won’t answer my emails and won’t return the phone calls. Therefore I’ve been to my local bank and have asked for a reimbursement from VISA, they said they needed all the information they could have and as soon as they started reading the opinions on the internet they apologized for working with such a SCAM company.
I have also made a police report as advised by my credit card company, because they said it would make things easier and quicker.
It’s such a laugh to read all those positive reviews on the internet, they are all clearly written by the same person who works form Infurn, and what about the answers they give on these forums, they all pretend that they have been trying to contact you but you just won’t answer the phone, it’s so ridiculous! How could I not want you to give me my money back!
I can’t believe this happens in the European Union, that’s why I have also filled a formal complaint to the Consumer Issues Service of the EU, they’ll review all the information I have given them and then the English consumer office will take care of the matter as they assured me.
I ordered 4 chairs in March 2012 (!!!). Delivery was postponed two times. When I cancelled my order finally, I've got the promise of refund within 30 days but I still haven't got my money back :( This company has my money since March and doesn't want to give them back... Fraud?
I did order from Infurn six times already. Once a shipment was delayed. Contacted customer support and got it 2 weeks later.
The Quality of the product is really nice. Shipment usually takes a while but i am satisfied and will buy more from Infurn.
I wouldnt say my experience with infurn has been excellent but it has been good. The customer service was a little late in replying my queries but after the intial hassle, I was able to receive my furniture from them just as promised.
I have ordered a stool, paid £178 and was promised delivery within 2 weeks. Now 5 weeks down the line, they do not reply to my emails and it is impossible to call them.
I have asked for a refund but had no response from them so I decided to do an online search and was not surprised when my google search came up with page after page of people complaining about Payments without receiving the goods for months on end.
If anyone would like to take this further or sue them I am in.

I just want to clarify that contrary to several opinions about the wrong doings of infurn, I have successfully purchased items from them in good condition and in good time. I believe that people change and so does companies. If my experience is anything to go by, then this company is changing in the right direction.
I made an order of a piece of furniture from this website on November 2012 and I was expecting to get it by January 2013. To my surprise I got it in the last week of December which is huge for me. I'm impressed by their speed. I believe this is a job well done considering the fact that similar stores I have patronised in the past were quite slow. It would help if the customer service response time would improve. It took them a full day to reply my messages. Can't complain since I got my goods in time. i also want to mention that in my opinion their furniture is a very good quality since it is supposed to be a replica. A good one at that. I will not hesitate to buy from them again.

then i realized that the shipment will take a while longer - should have read first - delivery can take up to three months. At first i was pissed.. but was my fault for not reading. then i accepted the reality that i have to wait a while more

I did order furniture from Infurn on five different occasions already yesterday i got my newest shipment a Isami Noguchi coffe table deliverd.
Infurn offers a variety of designer furniture to discount prices.
In my opinion:
The furniture they sell are well worked items of high quality.
they give you a few options to customize the product.
Prices are adequate to cheap for the quality they product.
Delivery takes time (shipment can take up to few months)
Customer Service is polite but also takes some time to respond.
Once i had a delay in shipment and contacted Customer Support - it took almost a week until the came back to me. - But then the problem was solved fast and the delivery was made three weeks afterwards and for my inconvenience i got a gift voucher that i used on my last purchase.
I bought a bean bag from this company. I was reluctant to try initially because of the negative comments I have read so far. My love for the bean bag took over and I took the plung and bought fron the company. It took a little longer than the 3 weeks they promised to ship the bean bag to me. I got it 5 weeks after. I was a little sad but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their producr. it was worth the wait even though it wasted a little time in coming. Im happy with the supply.
I am making yet another review of infurn because I cant seem to find my previous review anywhere. I want to tell everybody that I have successfully purchased form this company and recieved my good in time. Delivery was faster than i expected and I am happy with the manner the customer servive responded to my queries.

I did order a Sofa from infurn a few months ago. My shipment got delayed and i did contact Customer Service by email it took them a few days to respond. they did offered my a voucher for the inconvenience. and assured me that i would receive my shipment in less then 2 weeks.
About two weeks later i got my new sofa.
I am really happy with the quality and i will buy of infurn again.
Over the last two year i did buy on a few occacions from Infurn.
Never had any problems.
There is to say Infurn is not the fastest in shipment so if you order there be aware that it might take a while.
I did buy one of the Bigboy XXL Beanbags for my grandchildren to play with.
Delivery was less then two weeks. The bags are strong and washable.It has been almost three months an they still look as new.
With Infurn i am happy because i got what they promised a high quality Product to a fair price.
My experience was mixed but resolves and was resolved god that's why the 5 star rating.
I did order a chair and they did send me the wrong color.
So I called them and at first i was a bit pissed, but the lady calm me down and did offer replacement.
But that was not enough for me. After a while they did offer me a replacement and a voucher for me troubles. And because I intended to buy something else i accepted.
Mistakes can happen and they did handle it good.
I will certainly buy from infurn again.
I did order a coffee table and two chairs from Infurn.com
Because the chairs did not pass the Qualitytest there shipment was delayed.
The table i did receive in seven weeks the chairs i got in a second shipment after about 14 weeks.
I am really happy with the Quality and can recommend the Products of Infurn.
These things you have to consider if you want to buy from Infurn:
+ Quality; durable materials, good craftsmanship
+ Price; discount prices for Designer furniture
+ Adaptability; some things like color, materials or sizes can be adjusted to your liking
- Shipping times, In my experience the shipping is the biggest Problem Infurn has, delivery can be delayed in some cases. Of my seven orders i placed, two got delayed.
Over all i am a happy Customer and I intend to buy more.
After buying a Beanbag relax about one year ago I did decide to buy a Bigboy XXL beanbag beginning this month. Now after receiving it i have to say It better then expected i did love the small one but the big one is even better there is no need for a bed anymore if you have a Bigboy beanbag.

then after 7 Weeks she told me that the order still did not arrive, so i go and check all the things an see that delivery can take up to three months so i say we will wait until this time is up and then see if we have to do something. two days short of the three months the two ordered egg chairs arrive.
I am satisfied with the Quality and the Materials used.
Delivery is not the fastest but people should check stuff like that before the make an order so I still rate 5 Stars because it was in the specified time.
I did buy three Eggchairs at Infurn at first i was a bit stressed coz after two months i still did not receive anything. So i wrote a mail and after two days I got a response. They did tell me that the the chairs will leave the factory soon and that in the "small print" was written that it can take up to three months until the good are delivered. (REMEMBER to read the small print before you order anything)So i relaxed and got on a business trip. when i got back the chairs where finally here. Quality is nice just the waiting was a bit long.

I ordered a coffee table Sept 2012. Still haven't received it. I have gotten incorrect information and impolite service and no product. I am currently working with konsumentverket in Sweden to see if this comapny can be blacklisted.
I deeply regret placing an order with this company and will of course never do so again. I hope that these reviews and working with Konsumentverket will help other to avoid my mistake.

The Beanbag did arrive after a bit more then 2 weeks
The egg chairs took about 9 weeks and the Papa Bear Chair was delivered in a bit over 11 weeks.
With the Quality of all the products I am satisfied. The same goes for the price.
The only thing that was not good was the delivery time. I hope Infurn can improve on that.
I want to share my experience after two orders with infurn. The website is easy to navigate and there are always good discounts available. This alone should somehow make one a bit aware. As we all know, if something sounds too good ….
I was aware of the long delivery time. My first order was surprisingly fast and came in 6 weeks. I know it is not fast, but they were saying it can take up to 12 weeks, so all fine with me.
The second order took 14 weeks. I was not really happy about that as one can imagine. However, it came with another coupon. I am undecided if I give it a 3rd try.
One important tip when ordering: Use the Credit card option. I got in touch with my c-card institute to make sure I get the money back if no delivery after maximum time. After I got that verified, I ordered and could sleep well through the nights.
As all was delivered, even a bit late, I had no need to draw this option. I hope this little tip will help some of you.
While typing this, my whole family is somehow splattered around in the living room on Infurn furniture. We ordered on multiple occasions and had only with our sofa a small issue with the delivery time. Several BeanBag and BigBoys were ordered over the last year as well as a lounge chair, living room table and different lamps. All were delivered in time.
The Sofa took almost 8 month until it finally arrived in out home. The customer service appeared to be very friendly, but little helpful. Well, it finally arrived and all can be considered fine.
Considering the fact that I saved a few thousand bucks and the family is happy I believe I can't say anything bad. I hope those with bad experience could get their problems solved.
While the headline tells basically all about my experience with infurn.com, I want to give some brief details. I am into the fancy designer-stuff from the 60's and 70's and when I came across the Infurn website I could not believe my eyes. The next was checking my bank account and the decision was mentally done to redo my apartment. The selection is huge and I ordered 3 shelf, a few lamps, and a sofa with fitting chairs. All together my bill came out with 10K. While that is quite an amount of money, I safed about double of that. The furniture at infurn are no originals and I was naturally a kind of anxious. However, the delivery came roughly 2 month later and to my positive surprise the quality exceeded my expectations.
My experience mirrors so many of the other reviews online! Ordered 4 chairs in June 2012, the site said they were in stock. I received mail saying there would be a 3 month delay, I tried to cancel but was told it was not possible and chairs would probably be with me in around 6-8 weeks realistically. It is now 9 months later and I have nothing at all. They have now removed all telephone numbers from their site and refuse to respond to mails, I have requested refunds, I have requested callbacks but have always been fobbed off with rubbish and false promises.
If I read some of the reviews here I am not sure if these people talk about the same company.

I ordered an item and paid. Several days later I was contacted and told this item would not be available until the end of October or November. 6/7 months time! I cancelled obviously and was told it would take 30 working days for a refund. Several months later and I still don't have a refund. I reckon this is one big scam and they just keep your money for as long as they can to make interest on it. They seem to have no interest in actually supplying you with a product or your money back.

if ever you making a good deal on the infurn website, my advice is runnnnnnnnnn, this is the worst webmerchant in the world, i'm waiting to get my money back for months, i ordered in april then saw right after the awful reputation of that website and since april i have still not been refunded, these guys are dishonest. We bought a Grant Featherston chair from Infurn on the 26th of September and decided to cancel the order the next day (before i'd seen this site unfortunately), I emailed my cancelation request twice on the 30th and then on the 1st of October. I finally had a call back on the 4th of October to confirm the cancellation and say that we'd be refunded within 30 days.
It's now 32 days on and no refund. Two further emails and no news, or expected refund date i'm starting to think this is a scam.
For those that are owed money on this page from the UK, the 30 days stated in Infurn's terms and conditions to process a refund is also the maximum term stated in The Distance Selling Regulations under the Sales of Goods Act for any purchase made to a EU-based business via mail order, phone or online.
I'll be updating regularly on the status of this refund and the actions to follow with regards to your rights above.

Don't get confused by a few good buying experiences. This company is a criminal organisation and delivering a few goods is a way to conceal their fraud activities. Avoid dealing with this company at all costs unless you want to bring owners and operators to justice.
Ordered several things from them in may 2013, 4 items in total, around 1200 euros, original delivery dates were stated at two to three weeks, (pre purchase) the next day it was 18 weeks officially but over the phone they said around 8 to 10 which seemed reasonable. In September they changed the delivery dates to November and in November changed them again to January.
A conversation with J. in November informed me that the goods were on route (a blatant lie) and would be delivered at the very latest in January; when the dates were changed to April for delivery then I cancelled the order. They have only cancelled half of the order and the other items are still pending for delivery. No monies have as yet been returned. As compensation for the late delivery they sent a bean bag, frankly not great quality and much smaller than the good quality ones I already have at home, if I had paid for it I would be very disappointed.
Do not order anything from this company. they also trade under the name: LIVING DESIGN EUROPE SL in Spain and DesignFurn. Their holding company is now called GI Ventures PLC and apparently listed on the Frankfurt stock exchange.
Tenacious : Beware - fraudsters. If you you it you'll lose it.
II got my money back after 5 months after posting the following review in Trustpilot. It was removed for being too truthful but it worked.
" What I do want to say is that 'customers' of this company must TAKE ACTION. When your 30 day refund fails to materialise write to them giving them 7 days to meet their legal obligations then do all of the following:
1) Report their fraudulent activity to the police via www.actionfraud.police.co.uk. It take about 15 minutes to complete their online forms and you get a CRIME reference number. The more reports the better as the police will be obliged to investigate.
2) telephone Citizens Advice consumer complaints department on 08454 04 05 06. Make a report and they must forward this to Trading Standards. Again, the more reports the better. This only takes 5-10 minutes.
3) Take independent legal action. You can not lose provided to have the evidence and it only costs a few pounds. Register your claim at www.gov.uk/make-money-claim-online. You may need to pay additional fees to enforce your judgement but you can laugh when the bailiff turns up at their offices. You will get your costs get back provided they are still solvent.
4) Email email@example.com. They are VERY interested in this company and responded to me within a few minutes. They are conducting an investigation into this company's business practices.
5) write to your MP and demand that the relevant authorities investigate the business practices of this company and take all necessary Enforcement action where appropriate.
6) Infurn - if you don't like this review then sue me. Bring it on.
Save this post now and re-post it everywhere you can. Infurn are trying to stop me from telling the truth about my experience. This company is very good at taking your money and convincing you that you have actually bought something. In reality you have probably been scammed. They have taken your money and you will be very lucky if you see your product or your money again. After a 5 month fight I managed to get my money back. This is because I live in the UK and their UK HQ is in London. If you live in UK you must post this on as many review forums as possible and make sure you TAKE THIS ACTION which will help you get your money back:
When your 30 day refund fails to materialise write to them giving them 7 days to meet their legal obligations then do all of the following:
1) Report their activity to the police. You can do the on line by searing for "report online fraud" for the website address. It takes about 15 minutes to complete their online forms and you get a CRIME reference number. The more reports the better as the police will be obliged to investigate.
2) Telephone Citizens Advice consumer complaints department on 08454 04 05 06. Make a report and they must forward this to Trading Standards. Again, the more reports the better. This only takes 5-10 minutes.
3) Take independent legal action. You can not lose provided you have the evidence and it only costs a few pounds. Register your claim online by searching for " make a money claim online" or "small claims court". You may need to pay additional fees to enforce your judgement but you can laugh when the bailiff turns up at their offices. You should get your costs back provided they are still solvent.
4) Email a certain national newspaper which is a 'guardian' of consumer rights. They are conducting an investigation into the business practices of this company. They are VERY interested in Infurn and responded to me within a few minutes after I emailed their 'consumer champions' desk.
5) Write to your MP and demand that the relevant authorities investigate the business practices of this company and take all necessary Enforcement action where appropriate. I have written to the Home Secretary and the Business Secretary demanding that they take action. I have also written to my local MP ask him to make his own enquiries and consider if it is in the public interest to ask a question in parliament as to why it is that the authorities have failed to protect consumers against the activities of this company.
