However, after speaking on the phone to one of their customer service operators, all of my worries were pushed to the side! I told them my concerns, and they went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. The guarantees they offer are fantastic, and I do believe that they really do protect the client. When my order was in process, they quite happily gave me updates on the writers progress. My paper was delivered on time, and it was great. It was everything I had asked for. The service wasn't as cheap as the first company I used, but I will say that their fees match the quality of their services.

I agree, I was very happy with the paper i recieved, the quality was great, as was the content and referencing. Had to send it back for amendments once, but that was free and I got the paper back so quickly after that, i think it was about 24hours.
