Nasabb products are good, but there customer service is terrible. I placed an order with them back in april of 2011. Used their 50% off sale. Sale terms are items may take eight to ten weeks to ship. Called them to find out when my actual orders would ship, no one answers the phone. I have email them and it takes weeks to get a response from them. When they finally did respond, I was assured my orders were on the way. Still waiting , now mid july. Safe to say will never order fom them again.
I really wish I had read up on this company before ordering. I haven't ever really had a bad experience with companies online. I do ALOT of shopping online.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! The previous review was not a fluke as my experience was quite similar. No one works there! Phone calls are never answered. Ever! Emails are never answered except with an automatic generic email sent right away stating not to send mutiple emails! Imaging someone running a company like this! UNBELIEVABLE! I didn't even purchase any sale items, I bought full price merchandise and have never received it, heard from them, or anything. I think i am going to go to the bbb and report on them, as this website was really hard to find and probably not checked until after the problem with Nasabb occurs.
Let me start by saying my wife and I have been ordering from NASABB since 2008 when we first discovered their wonderful shea butter and natural hair oils. We have two daughters and have found nothing that works better on our family's skin and hair than NASABB's products. In the past, we have never NOT received what we ordered. Admittedly, shipping was always on the "slow" side, but we understood as the products DO originate in West Africa. While we had placed several small orders in the past, for the first this year we attempted to order a "year's supply" of products during the annual Christmas in July 50% off sale. As a condition of the sale, shipping would take 10-12 weeks. We are now in the 15th week with NO DELIVERY, no tracking info and no communication (other than automated emails) from NASABB. If you call, you will be greeted by a voice mail message with no option to get a live person or leave a message. Absolutely ZERO customer service. For these reasons we can no longer recommend NASABB to friends and family and will not order from them again. Today I will be contacting my CC company in an attempt to get the charge reversed. So very sad....
We really, REALLY wanted to love NASABB and would have been long-time customers if not for the shipping and customer service issues. The shea butter was the best we have found and now I have to look for other sources/vendors.
So, bottom line is STAY AWAY unless you enjoy throwing your money into a black hole...
I have places 3 orders with them and I got all three the shipment is very slow the last shipment I got was a year supply of black soap the black soap irritates my skin so bad but I love the oatmeal honey soap other then that I have no problem
I ordered a pound of shea butter two weeks ago and it wasn't until (I opened a paypal dispute) and checked my order information today that I noticed that it was finally shipped. I understand that they state it takes 3-14 days, but I didn't know that referred to how long it took to ship. Orders that I've placed in the past arrived relatively quickly, however, this order took much longer and contacting customer service wasn't helpful as they didn't provide me with an answer that I couldn't locate on their site (3-14 days). After searching around their site for more information, I realized that the delay may have to do with their business only being open from Tuesday-Thursday. The products are great, however, I've found Etsy stores that sell unrefined shea butter and black soap, so I'll go with them from now on.
deafgirl1 : Fraud, charged my credit card on 7-20-12 as of 11-3-12 no product, cant call they hung up, sent email with false promise I need to get he attorney general of Texas involved.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM! Ordered product on 7/20/12 as of 11/4/12 have not received product. My charge card has already been billed. When you call the phone number it hangs up. I have sent several emails, got false promises and no product.
This is my first time ordering with Nasabb and my last. I understand the quality of their products are excellent but I'm sure they are not the only company offering such. I placed an order in July (Christmas in July 50% off sale). My account was debited in July for those items. I received a tracking # and my order should arrive December 4. Wow! Never again.

I had a family member give me a sample of her product she had order. They had a sale and I order some items , It stated ....Orders will start shipping August 1st Please allow 6-12 weeks from August 1st. Well it is now the end of the year. They have not sent a email or mail a letter to notify me of any delays.I order this product for gifts for my family members. What a disappointment. I think this company is bad business. It's against the law for them to take money and not give the people the product or return there money.(That 's Fraud. )They have people to pay money up front to buy there product. I think this company need so me business management classes. Well Texas don't play games. I think they need to go before the courts in Texas. When they hold on to peoples money they need to pay interest on the dollar (25%) I will not order from the again. Contacting the BBB of Texas.

Ordered this Shea Butter because my hubs introduced me to it and I loved it so much. He had never had a problem in the past ordering from them but it had been a while as the product does last quite a long time. So I ordered more. One month now and no product. And my purchase was not a sales purchase, it was regular price. No one answers the phone, they don't return calls or emails. I am very sad about this and now I can't recommend them to people as I wanted to so badly.
No, I don't work for Nasabb, I have been ordering Nasabb products since 2010 and I have never had a problem contacting them by phone or email. Although it takes approximately 3 weeks before you receive your product, it's worth the wait, and the customer service is excellent. But more importantly the products are simple AMAZING!!! ALL OF THEM
