Online smartshop (onlinesmartshop.nl) Edit

I placed an order with online smartshop (onlinesmartshop.nl), the next day I got a payment link through paypal and paid for the order. After a month of waiting for the order to arrive, I wrote them an email asking for info. The reply was that they had sent me an email (which I did not get) explaining that they did not ship certain things outside of europe. Ive written them several times now asking for a refund but i have not gotten reply from the owners. It looked as if it was a respectable business, but looks can be deceiving. Im still waiting for them to write back and refund the cash

I've made an order in past,I payed,I was waiting.....But it took part a
kind of incovinience.An item was out of stock,it replaced,shipped,arrived...
Everything was excellent and in a very good quality and condition.
Very good level of communication when we was in talks.....
I'm living inside the EU BUT I was waiting for three weeks to deliver...
A little bit dissapointed but NOT SCAMED...
DON'T BE AFRAID

I placed an order for a few items totalling around £115. After waiting about a month I checked back on the site and logged on, to find a message saying the items were out of stock but they could offer an alternative the same product of a small size but larger quantity. I sent them a message back through their internal site's messaging system. I got no reply so I emailed them directly. Still no reply, so I emailed them giving them a few days to reply or ship the product, or else I would be demanding a refund. STILL no reply, so I have now sent them a message demanding a reply within 5 days or I will be contacting the police.

They look like a complete scam outfit, I would avoid them at all costs. They probably think that because most of their products have legality issues in some countries then they can get away with it. Unfortunately for them my product is legal and I won't hesitate to contact the police when they don't respond to my last email.

Verdict: Avoid.
