They scammed me. I register for classes and they added the membership, I never wanted to add, I asked for the return, fthey threatened to sue me and then later taking after what they had already taken, they sent an email they cancelled a membership and then I emailed back, here is the answer " Thank you for your email. As you are aware I am a 1 man show (maybe a 1 man gang). That means no employees to answer the phone, ship orders etc...I am also a full time REO broker listing and selling properties. Therefore it may take a day or two for you to get a response. Please be patient, I am trying to keep the prices down so I can help as many agents as possible."

In my opinion I was not treated honestly and fairly. I have not started to work on his program, but I am not putting my trust on his operation, For all agents that get into similar situation and for those who want to try them I recommend, close their spam emails and delete them and NEVER respond. This is a review on ASREOS and /or REO renegades.

He charged me 39 Membership fee I had never asked for. he is very rude and would threat to sue you if you ask for your money, I am currently working with my bank to get my money back. I will not trust his operation, based on my experience with him.

Says service is free for first 30 days - but then when you cancel they still bill your credit card. After confirming your cancellation they will still continue to bill you! Fraudulent web site! BEWARE Guys name is FRANK PATRICK claims to be a REO Expert - The only thing this guy is an expert at is stealing peoples money! Complete scam! This is a one man operation and it shows!

once you start this plan that $39 will not stop. They will not return your call.. Their costomer service is a voice mail that is never returned.. Been calling for 4 months now....
You're a crook and I have no respect for you or your program....

I have helped thousands of agents over the last 5 years and have received hundreds of testimonials. There is no way to please everyone so I am not surprised that you could find a handful of complaints from people who obviously paid no attention to the webinar, the website, the order page, the 4 confirmation emails, or the 4 webinars that they attended in which the membership fee of $39.97 a month was clearly disclosed both verbally and in writing a total of 24 times during the 30 day trial period. We know that agents are busy so we purposefully have the system set up to not charge the first membership for for 45 days thus giving each new member an additional 2 weeks to cancel without ever being charged. Our published written policy is that we do not give refunds on the membership fee and that all cancellations are to be done via email. We always refund the most recent charge if a customer calls or emails requesting that we do so and if a customer requesting a refund can provide me a copy of their sent email I will issue a refund for any charges after the date of the email.

I ALWAYS return all of my emails within 1 business day and have done so consistently without fail for the 5 years I have been teaching REO.
