This would have been my 3rd time to use them. Last time they lied to me and purchased an inferior warranty and thought I would never have found out, but did.
This time, they lied and said would call me with decision, I get an impersonal email at 11pm at night and no response from them the next day as promised.
This girl taking my application was rude and a jerk, and the core of this place now is failure.
