This company is a joke.. They don't pay their employees and the owners are thieves. Don't work for them and don't hire them. They have been doing this to people for a very long time now and its time that the truth is known about them. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS, unless your an attorney general.

Very slow to pay. I have started a facebook page to gather all the disgruntled IC's and possibly through the social media we can change this companies unethical standards. Help me take a stand against RNFB's unethical payroll standards. I would like to make this company take notice and make a BIG CHANGE!

Madasallgetout : RNFB is a disreputable company that makes you beg for payment.
This company found me on the NARMs website. They contracted with me to set up, service and pack up their leather coat road show at Sam's Club. This was in September of this year (2011). They promised to make payment within 21 business days. It's now been 30 business days and they have not processed the payment. It took several emails and phone calls to finally get an email back that said and I quote, "We will get your payment processed as quickly as we can". That's not exactly a real time frame.

I have found many disgruntled people who have had to wait for their payment from this company. They send you a contract that looks very legitimate saying that they will pay you. There is nothing in the contract that says you have spend time calling and emailing to beg for your payment. They are in breach of their very own contract!

I would RUN away from providing your hard labor to this disreputable company!

I AGREE with all of the other comments! I too did a roadshow for RNFB at Sam's club in October, they breached my contract as well. I had to completely harass this lady Eileen about my payment for 2 days until she finally said that they mailed it out after 5:30 pm the day before Thanksgiving. I completed the job in the middle of October, it took 23 business days to send it (assuming they did since I still have not received it even though I provided a priority mail envelope to them). NEVER work for this company, they are a scam and will not abide by the terms of their own agreements. While I was in the middle of working the first job they called and begged me to help set-up for a second roadshow at the same store. I agreed to do it even though they only gave me 2 hours notice. Then I get to the store and the damn product had not even been delivered and did not get delivered for another week. When I finally went to set it up the agent didn't give me the diagram of how the display was suppose to look so she kept trying to send me out there...I got tired of the run around and told them to get someone else to do it as I lived over 20 miles from the store they were sending me to. I will NOT be getting paid for the HOURS and gas I spent due to their incompetence. HORRIBLE COMPANY, RUN AWAY!!!!

I like working for RNFB I athink that they are good. I have gotten work and been paid in a timely manner and never had to wait for a long time except for this last one. but that was partly my own fault. I forgot part of the paperwork. Thanks RNFB for being a good place to work for.

Jme : STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE
I did a road show for them in December of 2011 for this company when I arrived I found an understocked product and not enough supplies. (They actually told me to go buy my own supplies.)
Half way through the show they Changed the reporting and accountability procedures to an online system, it never worked.
After the show I sent in my Paperwork as instructed and still (almost February now) have not been paid. I have contacted them numerous times and can never get any one to respond to my calls But now they are calling ME to do another show for them FAT CHANCE.

If you are a worker stay away from them they will never Pay you.
If you are a company looking for a marketing firm to run your shows, Stay away from them because they will not represent your product well and not support them people trying to move your merchandise

Whyaskit : A very great and flexable company to work with
I have done Roadshows for RNFB FOR OVER 5 YEARS and they have great support Rep cordinators who always return my phone calls and emails. They take a lot of pride in presenting a unique Roadshow. They make their products come alive in their displays. True some times payroll is a little slow. But you make your own hours and there are no rude mean bosses crawling down your back. They are very understanding to your personal needs. I love working with RNFB and the negitive feed back from some of the reviews are simply untrue. After all we are all human. Thank you RNFB for the great people you are. I think they are a wonderful company to work for!

And I am very proud to be a part of their Independent contractors who represent many great products, They stand behind the quality they present. They have always treated me with the up most respect, and have guided me through some very difficult vendors and displays. It has been a great pleasure to work with everyone at RNFB and in my opinion they are a pretty awesome company overall!!!
