Needed parts for a POC. Spoke with Joe in "Sales". He said he was showing the parts, but that he needed to verify the inventory, and that he would get back to me. After several days, I sent him an e-mail. No response. Tried calling several times, no answer. Sent another e-mail after a week. No response. Tried calling several more times over the next 2 days. No answer. Finally pressed #2 on the automated operator menu to get "Distributor Sales". A guy answered and I asked if anyone was working Sales. He said sure, what did I want? I responded "is Joe around?", he said "no, he isn't in this week". I explained that Joe was looking for some parts for me and I have not heard back from him. I further explained that if I can't get the parts from Sierra IC, I would be forced to go to Mauser. The guy actually said "then go get the parts from Mauser". If you need components, don't waste your valuable time with these clowns.
