When you pre-order coins you are usually given an approximate ship date. The Auctioneer said one thing and 30 days later still no coins. When I inmquire about them the reply is written like I'm a 8 year old who doesn't know any better. I thank Carol for this e-mail and have since canceled my order and by the way found the same item even cheaper to be delivered before AANTV would even ship it.
bought two rugs from aan and first rug had odor that we had trouble eliminating and colors
mentioned in broadcast didn't exactly match up to room (no purple as described) - 2nd rug
was a runner that also smelled and had curve in rug - it was described as 9 rug in great shape-
paperwork did say slight deformity - would not recommend this company to anyone -not upfront
and did not offer reduction or rebate - I could return for 20% loss - these people suck

On 17 Jan 2012, I did bid on a property being auctioned by AAN TV My claim is the representation of the property on the television neither showed on TV nor made mention of the extensive damaged condition of the property.
I travel to the property in Lehigh Acres Florida to find a severely damaged property. When I arrived at the property, I first noticed the roof drain lying of the right side of the house as you face the house. I then notice an uneven slab of concrete on the side of the house made of hollow cement blocks with a thin layer of concrete over the blocks, with various holes in the concrete. The roof of the property showed signs of water damage. On the lanai, there was serious structural damage, the roof had mold and mildew, boards hanging down with various holes in the roof and tape was hanging down from an attempt to do a quick patch job. The foundation of the lanai was damaged. On the other side of the house the other roof drain was on the ground.
In the interior or the house, there were signs of water damage, mold and mildew in of the bedrooms. The roof – in the bedrooms of the house had nails and places where the roof had been poorly patched. I couldn’t get the HVAC Unit to work and in the roof in the garage had a regular piece of plywood place in the center of the roof - the access to the crawl space above the garage.
After viewing this severely damaged property, I consulted with real estate agent who did an Analysis of the property. The agent found even more damages to the property.
I contacted AAN TV for a resolution and was told they could not help me that I should have done Due Diligence to check the property. They said they would not refund my money. They then said that they could release me from the contract if I were not going to purchasea the property. They sent me what they call a Release and Cancellation of Contract. I then contracted Mrs. Tolley to have her look at the release form and she said don’t sign that form because I would be giving AAN TV permission to keep my funds.
At every turn AAN TV has mad an attempt to not deal squarely with me and take me for my fund. AAN TV has a fly by night type SCAM going to steal.
Buyer beware is what I get from the other complaints with any of this companies sales be it homes or items in their on air studio. They work you ( mislead-redirect ) from the first ring . They have your name past history for items purchased etc and you are definitely behind the eight ball and set up for the kill. Not that they may be on the up and up sometimes. Questionable since the buyer has no clue if their is even a real bidder bidding against you LOL Way to many ?'s unanswered... They are all smiles right up to when there is an issue. Then they just cut you off. I would stay clear of dealings with AANTV!!!
I bought a very simple piece of jewelry with complete faith in them. It arrived and was complete junk, I highly doubt it is even real. Then got my credit card statement and they had charged my account to AANTV 2x, for purchase and shipping amount, then charged to Jeremiahs Jewelers for more than 2x the other amount. All on different dates over a 2 week period. I called thinking this was a simple honest mistake, but was told by the gal who answered that I was a liar, they never double or triple charge anyone and it simply had not happened. She also claimed she had never heard of Jeremiahs Jewelers either. I emailed her the copy of my statement showing these charges and she said she would forward to Carol. Still no apologies, just blatant rudeness and accusations. I emailed Carol more times than I can count now, included the statement in each email, just asked for my money back that was over charged. Not a refund, I accepted buyer beware on the junk.,.. but did not accept being charged nearly 4x the amount because of their mistakes. Still zero response, until I finally got nasty with Carol in an email and she replied immediately w/ some line of having had surgery so was not at work...(for the last 6 weeks and no one took her place? yet when I called I was told she was there but busy each time?) No apology, just said she would look into it. I sent thanks, waiting her reply and nothing. Email again, just get a nasty reply, then nothing again. And again.
It has been about 3 months now of run around and BS and never once an apology and zero resolution of the problem. How the hell they can stay in business is beyond me. The BBB has given them a B- rating w/ over 40 complaints thus far to them. And I am going to send them mine too. AANTV could be a great place to have fun and shop, but no one deserves BS like this and what others have experienced. If Jeremiah wants to run his business like this, I hope he is ready to tumble, because it will not sustain and his investors should run.
The internet is a great way to get the word out and I think Carol and Jeremiah are going to lose here.. (if Jeremiah is even aware, he may not be, this may all be her doing... but his fault for allowing her to ruin his company.) But, this company is getting a bad rep and it will continue to get worse if they do not make some serious changes soon.
workwoman: DO NOT SIZE YOUR JEWELRY-ITS THEIR LICENSE TO SEND YOU JUNK
AS ONE OF THE PREVIOUS REVIEWERS STATED, I TOO WAS GIVEN THE RUN-AROUND AND TOLD TO TALK TO "CAROL" WHO WAS NEVER THERE OR AVAILABLE TO THE PHONE. EVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE STATED"YOU CANNOT RETURN SIZED MERCHANDISE" AT THE BEGINNING OF EVERY CALL, BEFORE I EVEN HAD A CHANCE TO TELL THEM WHAT WAS WRONG. THEY APPARENTLY PUSH "FREE SIZE, FREE SHIP" TO GIVE THEM LICENSE TO SAY "YOU CANNOT RETURN SIZED MERCHANDISE" AND THEN THEY SHIP JUNK. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE TRAINED TO SAY THAT FIRST THING OUT OF THEIR MOUTH. WELL, THEY SHIPPED ME JUNK IN A SIZED MOUNTING I ORDERED JUST FOR THE STONE I BOUGHT. I AM NOW FIGHTING THEM WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I RETURNED THE RING SO THEY COULD REPLACE THE STONE, AND THEY SENT THE SAME BAD STONE BACK IN THE RING. THEY ARE LYING AND SAYING THEY REPLACED THE STONE, BUT IT IS THE SAME BAD STONE. I TOO AM DEALING WITH "CAROL" AND GETTING NO SATISFACTION. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
do not buy anything from aantv.com i bought 2 coins and paid for them with my visa card i still dont have the coins when i call them they are rude dont care about there consumers but they sure will take your money and run so dont shop aantv they are a rip off
I was bidding on a ring and asked what size is it and I was told it is your size. They said free sizing to what I needed. So I continued to bid and won a $4400 ring. Well I went to return it as the wife was not happy with it and they said since I had it sized there is no return. Now I understand if I asked for sizing then yes no return policy is ok but when they say its your size whatever size you want then that should not cancel your return policy. Especially since I have spent well over 15k you would think customer loyalty alone would have gotten them to take bake. I even offered to take a $1200 loss or have them re-auction the item but of course they don't re-auction items that they sold. And I agree Carol is the run around person that's all you get from her then when you do complain to BBB you get banned from the site. Just not right!
i bought coins from aantv in may still have not gotten my order i call them the customer service are rude telling me we have 4 weeks to send the orders they dont send out confirm orders on thr internet or when they ship order what does this tell you about this company other company send a confirm orders and send e-mail dont deal with this company you will be sorry
undefined: Beware of this INSIDER TRADING and SCAM
If you are thinking of bidding on any of their real estate....YOU BETTER THINK AGAIN... all their real estate auction is, is insider trading and organised scam. There are a handful of individuals that own this properties they auction and are a part of the organisation in someway. In most of the cases they are holding on to your money for a good time and will return it to you if they can't close on it without any interest and after a long and stressful saga of telephone calls and wasted time to say the least. if you are lucky enough to close on the deal, that again is another story of completely unprofessional handling of the closing documents and a long list of calls and wasted time.
They use some kind of artificial lighting and when you see a "dark" pink kunzite and what you actually get are two different things. I record everything to a DVR and the colors of the gemstones don't even match. The stones you get are about 5 or 6 times lighter, than the ones you see on TV. If you call and point this out they will tell you it's your TV. I have 2 TVs, so it's not the TV.
You can really tell it when they show the Native American sterling silver jewelry. It all looks brassy, instead of white, like sterling is suppose to look. They will also have a "Retail" price tag on their rings. They must have all come from Tiffany's or Harry Winston, because my ring appraised for less than 1/3 of the tag price. They will tell you the "real world" appraisal. Don't believe it.
Also, you only have 10 days to return the item and then, if you have bid on an item, it's going to cost you the 10% bidders premium and the 10% restocking fee. If you've bought it as a Buy It Now or have made an offer, it's still going to cost you 10% restocking fee. If your item was an offer of $1900.00, you'll be paying $190.00, just to send it back.
The guy named Grant, of Grant's "Happy Hour" spends more time talking to "his peeps", on the internet, and talking about himself, than he does selling jewelry. This is the most boring jewelry show. Just talking and watching jewelry going around on a turntable.
Go the Gem Shopping Network or JTV and it will only cost you shipping charges to return the item. Gems Bond Jewelry Network will also take returns, unless the auction says "Finale Sale". All 3 of these networks have much better customer service, prices and quality merchandise.
As a former real-estate agent (recently retired) I believe AAN tends to greatly overstate the potential future values of their auction properties (both homes & land lots). Tropical Gulf Acres subdivision has been sitting virtually empty to for 35-years now, but somehow we’re to expect they’re going to be building houses here in the next 10-to-15 years and prices are going to double? Not very likely!
I have bought sveral items from AAN, most of which were either in the jewelry or gemstone category, I've had to return most of the items because of poor quality, which really sucks, because they charge 10% restocking fees for anything you win at their auction site, or make an offer on that's accepted. Their "jeweler" does such pathetic work that it would be laughable, if it weren't for the fact that yep, you got screwed again. The problem is that they don't show the items clearly enough that you notice that the stone they set in that setting isn't the shape the setting was designed for, or the stone is such a piece of crap that you wonder why they'd even set it in a piece of jewelry. or the stones don't match in clarity, or any other numerous types of faults that can be found in their jewelry. I've just been charged another restocking fee for an emerald ring, it looked so nice from what I could make out on the screen, and , in fact, the setting was very nice when I received it, the stone was quite nice too, but the problem was that it was an ecut (rectangular octagonal cut) emerald that had been stuck in a setting meant for a round stone. I learned before kindergarten that a rectangle shouldn't go in a round hole. "They" did the same thing with another ring I had purchased a year ago, stuck an oval stone into a round setting, shoved it in diagonally, It wasn't apparent onscreen, and when I got that ring it was also all scuffed up besides. It cost me $150 just to look at that ring, the "buyer's fee", when I returned that ring, they let me off without charging the additional restocking fee, after they saw how crappy it looked for themselves, but that's a rarity for them to not charge the additional 10% restocking fee. All I can say to a potential buyer is to be ready to be disappointed about 80% of the time. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!
They make their purchases there real estate from a various places like tax deed land auctions, banks, other areas. The tax deeds they buy from places like the county website where you can research what they pay for the item and then you they sell it for a huge profit. On these tax deed properties they give what is called a special warranty deed meaning that they warranty the deed as long as they owned it. Meaning if you can't get a clear title right off due to (most cases) you have spend a couple grand for a quite title action (usually through a lawyer) or wait 4 years hope that someone doesn't come after you. However they did warn you about there terms at the beginning of the show. Also they properties sell most of the time more than what the county assessors value them at (LOL). My opinion is if you want real estate in these areas:
Option 1: Go to a Realtor in the area and get place through them a much better price or you can view the property and you can get home inspection before purchasing or view the land in person. Why the home inspection? So that you don't get a house with Chinese drywall or in need of huge renovations that will cost thousands. Like Chinese drywall with ruin appliances and an wiring especially with copper and can be hazardous to you health.
Option 2: You want to buy vacant land don't mind taking the risk like they do then just buy it at the online tax deed auction like Lee county where you can do it all online pretty much.
Option 3: Go look at the area and see if you really want to live there. They are selling what they are telling you. They control what is said and seen on T.V. it is there company. If you want to buy some real estate that maybe worthless I am in the market to sell it to you.
Also for those who might be interested in purchasing land like in Lehigh to build on. Give the county a call and ask what a building permit is generally going to cost. You might want to sit down.
Also if are like me will do the research now. Another name that may pop is Jeremiah's Trading post it is at the same address and they have sold real estate on the show. So there is no confusion :).
Briefly, I believed the words of Rob and jeremiah about the amenities of a condo in Daytona Beach--the Daytona Beach Club. Nothing was true--Pets are NOT allowed, there is NO on-site management, there is NO New restaurant coming, the potential income he tooted about isn't even close to reality. The place is CRAP and needs a great deal of rennovations. Millions had not been spent, the lobby shown --even to 3-17-13 has not existed for 10-11 months. Owners were hit by a "special assessment" of almost $1,000. with the promise of more to come. The HOA's shown are NOT correct and it goes on and on. I have absolute proof of my statements. Management will not settle although they state that if they "misstate information they will return all your money--NOT TRUE> I've been fighting with them since last July,12.Same goes for their jewelry and rugs--what is shown or described is NOT what you get--especially Indian jewelry. They are crooks--the worst kind and I don't know why I don't see more complaints. Everyone who bought condos at DBC since July,12 have been given false info--every single buyer.
I wrote on twitter and asked for the cd of the music they play on the back ground of the real estate.I was given the number to call , I asked on twitter cos Rob thinks hes famous. We called.Over and over and finally got someone and asked for the cd.They sent it and i have no idea what it was.We called and called back to inquire about what we had and someone woman said it was the only cd of the music the band had recorded. It had 5 songs on it and nothing like what we heard on the show.Anyway we were stuck with a Jeremiah garage band piece of crap. They never returned our calls with the number needed for a refund.Big fail and deleted from my twitter follow list.
