Beware of CrystalRoc it is a overseas SCAM they use Harrods of London as a reference for there Apple Products but I called Harrods of London they have never heard of CrystalRoc. Jonathan Bullas baits you in to pay for there products through Pay Pal but once you pay Jonathan never return your email and you never receive the products they claim they sell. Buyer Stay away from CrystalRoc.com
Beware - do not buy! The company website is full of lies and the products not at all as advertised. They charge a fortune and write 18 carat gold but when I received the product it was cheap looking. I contacted them immediately for a refund and there is no response from them. Its a scam. Horrible experience.
I had the misfortune to order a necklace. Their website didn't work properly. They could not be contacted - phone went straight through to ansaphone and they never replied. They never responded to my email query either. Hopeless.
We purchased three jewel necklaces via Groupon for the brides maids at our forthcoming wedding.
At first we had trouble redeeming the vouchers as there was a problem with the website, then there was the wait!
The only time I managed to speak to someone was early on when the redeem feature wasn't working. Since then, you just get the queueing system message and the option to leave a voicemail.
We should have received the necklaces weeks ago, but it's clearly not going to happen. The wedding's costing us enough, without the additional worry of being ripped off!
I have written to BBC Watchdog, bt haven't heard anything back since.
timini77: A result at last - but not without some lengthy detective work!
I spent a whole morning last week, on top of all the hours already spent over the past few weeks trying to resolve this and I now have my necklaces.
Trading standards were of no use, but the Citizens Advice Bureau although not overly helpful, did provide with a link that got me to the source. Crystalroc and Crystalrocked are now two seperate companies, but the Directors used to work under the same banner when it was just Crystalroc. The two companies split and the C.A.B. told me that they had an address in Battersea that tallied with the address on the Crystalrocked website. I phoned it and an extremely helpful young lady told me about the split and although she didn't have a current address, she gave me two mobile numbers.
The company is owned by Morten Schjolin http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Morten_Schjolin who is a Danish music producer and composer. I was given a number for him but didn't need it in the end because the second number led me to someone called Williams (07519 310 770) who explained that there had been a mix up with 2000 of these necklaces ordered through Gumtree Daily Deals as well as two other discount voucher companies.
How true this is I don't know, but within two days of telling him who I was and giving him my address, the necklaces arrived via recorded delivery.
Awful company that never answers their phone, never replies to voicemail, and never responds to emails (so much so my last email i tried to send was bounced back due to their inbox being full). I purchased a necklase voucher through livingsocial for crystalroc and so fortunately I wasnt scammed in to buying anything direct from them and was able to have a refund of my money for the voucher (but not for my postage and packaging - that is currently with paypal). You will waste alot of money on an item which you could possilby purchase else where (which I would recommend) and then chasing around phoning premium rate numbers waiting for a reply. Awful experience!!
anna34567: DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM CRYSTALROC
I purchased a voucher for a necklase (from vouchercloud) and despite going to their website and redeming my voucher back in April, I am still empty handed (July). Fortunately vouchercloud have refunded the money to me (apart from postage which is currently with Paypal for investigation). I have spent much time emailing, ringing (with out answer), leaving voicemail to contact me with no reply what so ever. I am extremely disappointed in the "service" I was provided and would advise you never to purchase anything from this company and to find the product else where. They dont deserve to have the privilage of being able to debit your account and never actually delivering the product - If you do purchase from them I highly advise you do so using a credit card/paypal or some form of payment where you can get the money back should you not recieve the product.
I have bought a necklace and ear rings via Groupon web site. I redeemed the deal on April, 3rd. Now it is July, 20. Groupon has refunded me but I still cannot get my money back for the shipping from CrystalRoc - £5.99 x 2. They never reply to any of the email, it is impossible to call them. I was lucky not to buy anything from them directly as I would never see my goods and money.
