I happen to find this online store through Google and I thought of giving it a try. At first I was reluctant of giving some information like my credit card and all. The customer service person assured me that they treat confidential information at high priority and said I can choose to pay through Paypal. The products I ordered (a pair of medical scrubs and a lab coat for my husband) arrived in my office 1 day later than expected but that was due to some technical problems on the part of USPS.
Their website is good. They have a comprehensive shopping cart that can let you add and remove product easily. Checking out is also good.
According to their CSR, they don't have any physical store yet as they are currently committed to online business. But they have their warehouse in Woodstock, GA.
I have been getting wrong order back in my supplier until my co-employee recommended Pulseuniform and i say that I prefer ordering from now on to them. They are just card away and there you have it within days and not months.
CSR also updates us if there are problems with our orders and besides that they have cheaper price compared to others.
When it comes to Pulse Uniform's scrubs and uniform products, I consider their nursing scrubs and medical uniforms high quality since they offer branded scrubs such as Dickies, Cherokee, Landau, Urbane, Adar, etc etc. Since my favorite is the Cherokee baby phat, I often buy at them this kind of scrub and I'm always not disappointed every time I receive their package. It is clean, have a good quality of fiber, perfect for my work and above all they have an on time delivery.
And with regards to the customer service, I am well satisfied by their service. Their customer service personnel are cool to talk to and are also very respectful. Sometimes they even give an advice on what brand will suit my specific favorite color and even what size will be perfect for me, since back then, I don't know what my body size is.
Up 'til now I'm very thankful to Pulse Uniform for bringing out the best in me every time I go to my work at the hospital.
I am 100% satisfied. Package well wrapped, I was very happy with what I ordered, the colors of the clothes, designs and the embroidery on the website are the same. What I really like most is the cares about the customer. With great pleasure I recommend Pulseuniform.com to my family and friends.

I ordered 2 lab coats with my practice logo. Got them in 7 days. I loved the logo they embroidered, size was perfect and job was professionally done. I also like customer service guy, his name was Mike. I talked to him on their on line chat system, he helped me getting my new logo. I highly recommend www.pulseuniform.com for embroidery and logo. One suggestion always check size chart before buying as I found different brands have different sizing.
